Steve cane on time yesterday to view the current Ariel’s position and ensure the picture quality was better then now. He went up and took some pictures to show me what the problem was and what the solution was. He then went back up and removed the old holding mechanism for aerial and affixed a new holder and changed a spilter switch which was the wrong type. After affixing this he came down and checked that the signal was strong and the picture quality was better than before. Can’t praise this company for the service and great work they did. Would recommend to anyone looking at wanting this type of work.

On 8th March 2024 Simon the owner of Urban Digital came to wall mount my 65" TV along with a soundboard. Simon is a most professional and knowledgeable operator. He handled the job with apparent ease. He also tuned in two separate television while he was here. Apart from his professionalism he was most respectful as well as being extremely personable. I understand from his excellent media advertising that his expertise extends well beyond television. I have no doubt that his knowledge of media, sound and cinema systems is equally proficient. I have no hesitation in recommending Simon for any work of this type.

The engineer came round the next day after initial call, gave us the quotation and then booked us in for the job to be done next day. We had a television mounted onto the wall with cables hidden. The engineer was super tidy and efficient. We would definitely recommend this company
