Having been looked after by Sam and his team for many years and yet to receive such a personal service that understands the psychological aspects of hearing loss, also never compromising on ongoing support. I can't recommend Imperial Hearing enough to anyone who is looking for assistance with their hearing needs.

I contacted Imperial Hearing when trying to find a solution for my 7yr old who had extremely blocked ears. The GP was no help and would not extract the wax and kept giving us drops which didnt work. Estelle on reception was amazing and got hold of the owner Simon on holiday who agreed to see us as he appreciated how frustrating the situation was being a parent himself. At the appointment using very light suction both ears were cleared and my sons hearing improvement was instant.

After having several GPs mention my ears were full of wax, I booked an appointment at Imperial Hearing. On arriving they were friendly and helpful and I was quickly seen. The specialist looked at my ears and mentioned that only 1 needed doing, which was very honest. I had microsuction which was totally unobtrusive and painless. The amount of wax that came out was satisfying to see. All in all I was very impressed and would recommend to anyone.

Expensive but the service was great. Looked after my father really well and have recalibrated his hearing aids and sorted out a battery issue. He is now able to hear much better and without the annoying feedback he was getting.
