John was quick to respond, our boiler broke down so we had no hot water or heating, I called John around 9am and he was at the house completing diagnostics by 10am. John was quick to find the issue and sourced the part for repair the same day, John had collected the part and completed repairs by 12.30pm. I was very impressed with his professionalism and efficiency. I would certainly recommend John’s services. John was knowledgeable and gave good advice regarding our boiler system. I am confident that we will be using John again in the future to replace our boiler when needed (boiler is over 16 years old!)

A national company that we pay a monthly maintenance fee to and who had fitted a new boiler only two years ago let us down very badly. No heat no hot water. John turned up on the day, sorted a quick fit and subsequently replaced the hot water cylinder, power flushed the system and replaced all of the radiator valves. All the work was completed quickly. He organised the electrical work. Everything left very clean and tidy. He comes when he says he will. He explains everything. We will definitely use him and his team again

Our old combi boiler was up for a well earned retirement.Spoke to John, he explained all the options and the price points.All things considered we went for a Worcester Bosch. John & Todd did the install a few weeks ago and I can't recommend them highly enough.
