contacted Ian for a quote to replace and move our boiler from our bedroom cupboard into the garage. The quote given was excellent and we decided we wanted to use Ian to do the work. The work carried out was to a high standard and Ian’s attention to detail was excellent. All work carried out was to a high standard and everything left tidy each day. Always prompt in the morning and always felt comfortable with Ian in the house and no worries when we were out. The job was completed within 3 days as promised and everything left in good order and where need be holes left from the old boiler were filled and made good. Boiler is excellent and the vsmart system superb. We have used a fair few tradesman over the last year and would say Ian is one of the best we have used. Ian from Livingstone Heating & Plumbing provided us with a friendly, professional service from start to finish. We had been experiencing significant problems with loss of pressure to our boiler. We were easily losing a gallon of water a day and we have a water meter. Two other heating and plumbing professionals had been unable to identify the cause of the problem and we were at a loss. Ian diligently worked to identify the issue and to fix the problem; he also tried his best to keep costs to an absolutely minimum. Ian was friendly, efficient and professional throughout and we would highly recommend him; his customer service and workmanship was A++ I should also add that he had good timekeeping and works very tidily – leaving no mess at all!”

Very professional job done, they turned up when they said they would, and had pretty much finished within the estimated two days. Had particular problem with a couple of radiators but they stayed late on the second day to make sure they worked and then returned the following week to make the radiator system more robust. Each time they left the site tidy and took all the waste with then. Would heartily recommend them if you have a boiler needing replacing.
