The company carries out the full installation package, covering building work, plumbing and electrics, and fits sanitary ware and waterproof flooring. They install downlighters and smart wall and ceiling cladding, and undertake wet room construction and detailing. A showroom displays over 200 sample panels to support specification decisions. Patrick and team very helpful from start to finish. We had our bathroom completely redesigned to what we wanted. Patrick offered practical advice when choosing bathroom furniture placement and flooring. Last minute change to flooring, suggested by Patrick, tied the colour scheme together. Mark and Dan were brilliant. Hard working and friendly. We saw the changes from day to day, amazing! The quality of Mark's work is superb. Great service throughout installation, upon completion given advice on aftercare. Rubbish removed and bathroom fully cleaned ready for use. Would highly recommend.

From the first meeting with Patrick we knew we were in capable hands and the recommendation was justified. Patrick brought a wealth of knowledge and clearly had years of experience in working with customers to deliver bathrooms that combine functionality with aesthetic design; he gave us the confidence that is missing in many tradesman these days. After numerous meetings at home and at the showroom with lots of designs going to and fro, we were introduced to our installation team, Mark and Ryan. Mark clearly had years of experience in bathroom installation and consulted us at every stage to ensure we were happy with the progress; any small changes were accommodated happily and without question. And a last minute issue with the toilet did not stop the team; Patrick took ownership and drove all the way to Bristol to pick it up! They have brought to life our design and created a bathroom that is practical, stunning and UNIQUE!

The whole process was very smooth & stress free. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, with great ideas & excellent communication skills. The project was managed really well sticking to the times agreed. Mark & Ryan installed the bathroom & the quality of the work done is remarkable & completely transformed the room. Mark resolved issues extremely well with no fuss & did a great job fitting the shower tray with easy access for restricted mobility. Phil the electrician also did a great job.
