We are using Mode Renovations for our kitchen extension and had a really positive experience so far. Lianne and Paul are very easy to work with and have been great throughout. From the outset, they were reliable and easy to work with. They turned up when they said they would, kept things moving, and communicated clearly throughout the build, which made a big difference to us. What has stood out most was their flexibility. As with most projects, a few things have changed along the way, and they have always been willing to adapt and find practical solutions without making it a big issue. That has made the whole process feel much less stressful. When issues and small changes have come up, as they inevitably do on a build, they deal with them openly, fairly and transparently which helped build trust throughout the project. Overall, they are a trustworthy team who take pride in their work. We’re pleased with how everything has come together and would happily recommend them to others considering a similar project and plan to ask Mode to carry out future works on the house and garage.

The overall experience was really good, the quote set out clearly the planned work and Paul modified it to ensure it accurately reflected our requirements before we signed the contract. The builders started when they said they would and the main works were completed exactly when indicated, the builders communicated well with us about their plans for each week. Paul communicated really well throughout the build, was very responsive to emails and was usually ahead of any potential problems with the build largely managing them himself which meant there was little required of us as clients. Great communication, Paul’s approach was very professional which was reassuring given an extension can be an expensive project and so it is important to the client that it is managed well and the end result matches expectations. Paul had a very positive attitude when it came to addressing snagging – a natural part of any build – and nothing was too much to ask with any snags raised addressed quickly and satisfactorily. The quality of the build was really good and they left the site in a tidy condition. Given the size of the financial investment building work often represents, it’s important to pick a reputable, reliable company that you can trust. We found Mode Renovations to meet this criteria.

Overall experience from beginning to end - We were recommended Mode Renovations Limited by a friend who had had some work carried out by Mode, she is very happy with the work they carried out for her. Right from the initial contact with Paul, the service was excellent and I would highly recommend the team. How did you find our team? The contractors were brilliant, they were always polite and helpful and although it was a building site, the team were always as tidy as possible. Positives about the company? The speed and consistency at which the work was carried out and completed was excellent. The owners Paul and Chris have a brilliant rapport and exceptional customer service. Any small challenges were discussed and resolved quickly and Chris even came out on a Sunday morning to fix a small issue we had. Paul has a wealth of experience and knowledge and gave us suggestions for our plans we didn’t even know existed – corner less bi-folding doors. Any suggestions on areas of improvement the company could make? None that I can think of. Out of five, how would you rate out company? Five stars.

This was a large project affecting a large proportion of the house so it was important to us that the work was completed as quickly as possible and to the agreed timescales . The team worked very quickly together & progress was rapid. the whole project was managed exceptionally well with materials and relevant trades all arriving exactly when required. We were very pleased that the project was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule. we are extremely happy with the end product and would recommend Mode Renovations to others.

We are so Grateful for the hard work of the mode team , Paul, Dean, Chris, Sam, and Ollie. We have had three ( unusually shaped) rooms knocked together, a utility room created, pipework moved, brand new lift and slide patio doors Filled. and a lovely oak internal doors which opens as french doors. all push back to join our lounge to our new living space. As well as this we have had underfloor heatin installed throughout and a new kitchen with breakfast bar.
