I cannot fault the service I received from Evans Electrical over the last month. Martin and his sons, Oliver and Alex, were exceptional in their attention to detail, and were courteous, tidy and helpful throughout. The work revolved around facilitating the supply of electricity from my house to the cabin/mobile home at the end of my garden (over 30 metres away), ordering and installing all the necessary electrical equipment to make it a fully functioning accommodation for my daughter. There was a lot to consider but they kept us informed all the way. I highly recommend their services.

Martin was very helpful to help self diagnosing on the phone an earth leak issue on my downstairs sockets, in case of an obvious faulty appliance. Then him and Alex had to come to find the fault and repair, very professional guys and trustworthy. They did a neat work and made efforts to limit the intrusion in the walls and through the floor boards. Highly recommend them.

We needed to have our Edwardian house rewired, and decided to have security systems fitted at the same time as the rewire. Evans Electrical provided a detailed assessment of the work required. Received a very competitive quote, so gave Martin the go ahead. However, the shower was not faulty. The fault was caused by the junction box controlling the power to the shower unit. Martin explained this to us and showed us the damaged wiring causing the problem. Existing shower unit works."

The electric switch on my boiler wasn't working, so I phoned a company in yellow pages, who advertised 24/7 cover, the chap there promised me he would be with me in 45 minutes. 5 hours later, I went to bed freezing as no one had turned up. Next day I called Martin from Evans Electrical, who advertises in Quick Find Directories. He understood the problem and took the time to explain to me over the phone what I could do to resolve the switch problem, which in fact was quite easily remedied. What a refreshing change to have someone show patience and genuine care with no monetary value for them. I am sure that the chap from Yellow Pages would have charged me a call out fee and then no doubt an amount for "correcting" the problem. Will absolutley use Evans Electrical again and would highly recommend Quick Find Directories.
