We had problems with our net 2 system. So I called Patrol Alarm Systems. I spoke to Phil who was very informative. He sent out his engineers, who were very helpful. They replaced the system, and their work was very tidy. Excellent service, and I would recommend this company.

This company are excellent. We recently moved into a property where they had previously held a service contract. We contacted them to explain how the alarm worked and to arrange a service. They were extremely helpful explaining to us and arranging a service engineer to call. Fully professional and very responsive (the alarm went off after a power cut and they sent two engineers to check it for us) suffice to say we have taken out a service contract with them. Would highly recommend them 😊

Great team - the yearly service is always prompt anyway, but we’ve had a fair amount of remodelling done recently, and there’s never an issue getting an engineer out to disconnect/reconnect when needed. Always polite & professional.

I use Patrol Alarms for both work and home and can not praise them enough for the service they given us over the years we have been using them. The whole of the company is helpful and polite and nothing is ever to much trouble. Engineers are always helpful and extremely tidy, products that they install are always of the highest quality. Great all round company , definateley worth 5 stars.
