Called Windows SOS yesterday morning regarding my French patio doors after another company attempted to repair them a couple of weeks ago. Spoke to Gary about the problem, he advised it would be a flat rate call out fee and would attend either that day or the next, either way I’d get a call from them to confirm. Gary called me that afternoon and came to my house, fixed my patio doors within 30mins. Explained what caused the problem and advised me how to prevent it happening again. Highly recommend Gary and his team and I will be using them again in the future.

Would recommend this company to anyone, had some extensive work done from new seals, hinge’s and handle’s to replacement blown glass units very competitive price and work completed to a high standard and quickly couldn’t have been better, will be using them again to replace and upgrade other glass units in the future.

We were really pleased with the service we received. We had windows that wouldn’t open and were struggling to find a company that would repair them. SOS windows came out, did a survey, gave us a very reasonable quote, and carried out the repairs, all within a couple of weeks. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again if we need to.
