Lots of offerings for discount made this a very reasonable choice for the amount of work required. Workmen were easy to talk to, professional, and informative, keeping us updated at every stage. We hadn't used No 1 PHD before, but were very pleased with the service. The phone call was answered quickly by a real operator, an appointment was made for the next day and the engineer arrived on time. The problem was analysed and repaired quickly at a reasonable price and the tap was immeditaely working .We will definitely use them again.

Very Punctual and professional. Replacement of a kitchen tap already purchased by me. James had to get parts from Local Merchants and then he replaced the tap, checked it worked thorough and job done. He took the old tap and copper pipes connections for recycling. Excellent and highly recommend this Company for an excellent service and James for his professionalism.

"After our garage flooded 3 times in as many weeks, I contacted No1PHD and a surveyor arrived within an hour and investigated the problem, diagnosed and gave us a quote that we were happy with. Matt and Mike arrived as promised and worked really hard through the 27 degree heat to complete, what really should have been a 2 day job, by 7 o'clock in the evening. New 2 crate soakaway, new gullies and pipework installed and site reinstated with barely a trace of their passing. Very happy!"
