Alfie turned up at the agreed time (on time) he talked me through the whole process of how he was going to do the job once that was agreed he got straight to work. His work is of high quality, and he was incredibly tidy. He’s even reached back out a week after completing jobs to check everything is still working as it should. We came across Williams Electrical via a leaflet posted through the letterbox. Alfie was immediately responsive, turned up to quote when he said he would, sent a professional clearly detailed quote the same evening. Alfie completed the job (installing down lighters in the kitchen) with precision whilst taking care of the surroundings, he covered over worktops and cleaned up after himself, he even offered to mop! All in all, 5 star job, Alfie was fabulous! A very happy customer!
