I had a great experience with Ronax. 'it was easy to contact them on watsapp and they responded immediately and sent an engineer out on the same day. I was told by another engineer that I have to replace the boiler, but Tim from Ronax fixed the boiler during his visit. I cannot thank him enough for getting the hot water and heating sorted in this freezy weather.

Fantastic service form Ronax. Our boiler packed up , and we had no heating. Called Ronax and they attended the next day, identified the problem, sourced the new part, and got us up and running again. Work was all quoted beforehand. The engineer was polite and tidy, and kept us informed of what he was doing and why. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend it to others.
