Arranged a call out and carried out the inspection providing me with all the information needed. When Seven Trent raised a query Joe didn't mind helping me sort this out y clarify what they were asking. I now have my Build Over Agreement from Severn Trent and my mind is at rest. Called Joe out on Saturday to unblock our main sewer drain. He arrived promptly and fixed the problem quickly, professionally and at a good price.
