The ridge tiles on the roof of my house needed securing as water was coming in to my roof, causing a damp spot in my bathroom. Browns came out and quoted me a very competitive price to repair and secure the ridge tiles above the bathroom and on the main roof. Michael & John were friendly, helpful and took a full set of photographs which showed the problem clearly. They left decisions about the work up to me once they had gone through what needed doing. I appreciated their offer of taking time to think about what I wanted completing and I am glad that I chose them to carry out the work. They worked to a very high standard throughout, communicated well, showed me photo/video of the work once complete and left zero mess. Fantastic service from Brown’s The Roofing Company. Contacted Michael on Friday evening and gave me a price for cleaning the front guttering which was very competitive, he was able to attend on Saturday morning and provided a time that he would arrive, I received further communication from Michael on Saturday morning giving me the exact time he would be at my premises. Fantastic Communication. Michael had advised me that he would take a video of before and after the work was completed so that the customer could see the difference. He also made sure that the premises was left clean and tidy. Fantastic service from a very professional company Will definitely be using Brown’s the roofing company again in the near future Thank you Michael.
