Myself and my friend arranged to go to a Christmas wreath making workshop on Tuesday and the day could not have been more perfect - we even got snow!!❄️🎄The two lovely ladies hosting/teaching made the experience so festive and we were both so pleased with the finished product! Excellent quality and well worth every penny! We will hopefully be booking again next year🎄

Lisa provided excellent customer service. I explained I'm autistic and struggle to communicate effectively over the telephone, I wished to order flowers and would try to be succinct. Lisa was friendly and assured me I could take my time. I described the occasion, my relationship to the recipient, the messages /meanings I wanted the flowers to convey and her preferred colours. We also discussed which messages and meanings to avoid and when to deliver them. Lisa asked budget and delivery details, including a custom message, then sent a link to my mobile phone for payment. It was a lot less confusing than trying to order online and as a wheelchair user, going to three shop to order face to face which is how I prefer to order/choose flowers can be challenging. I'm confident my friend will receive her flowers the night before her big day and feel encouraged and supported, thanks to Lisa's patience and empathy and have no hesitation in recommending Bramble Bee's 🧑🏽🦽🧠👍🏽 ❤️2
