What a wonderful funeral service. Their kindness and compassion was such a comfort. I was allowed to visit mum and sit with her for as long and as often as I liked, no appointment necessary. They gave mum her own room and she stayed there the whole time, without being disturbed. They allowed me to specify all the details of the day until everything was perfectly right. They recommended the most wonderful caterers for the wake. I really can't praise them enough, they made a real difference.

I can not express what a amazing service franklin & hawkins provided, the staff were so welcoming & understanding, made are sadness alot easier, & the way they looked after my sister who sadly passed was wonderful, I they felt like family, the way they looked after us all, so so greatful to them all, they went above & beyond for us all. The repatriation of my Mother to California USA It was with great sadness that my Mother died after a long struggle with dementia. Her dying wish was to be repatriated to the home of her birth in Hollywood California. She wanted to be laid to rest with her parents and my brother Franklin and Hawkins couldn’t have done more to help with this final wish They organised everything without causing any distress to us as a family. Their care and consideration of us and my Mothers wishes were at all times their priority From the day she passed to the full repatriation process Franklin and Hawkins were there with us every step of the way even when there were time differences to consider. A Big Thank You to Andy and his amazing team for the help they gave us as such a sensitive and sad time Blessed you all

My sister-in-law recommended Franklin and Hawkins when my dad died in August. I had not heard of them as they are a small family run Funeral Directors and I am so thankful for the recommendation. The whole experience from the initial contact to the funeral day was outstanding.
