Our old garage door broke and Simon came and discussed options. The door company went bust years ago and suggested a temporary/permanent fix, which is working great for the time being. Honest and trustworthy Simon didn’t push us to have a new door like many engineers would. When the time comes to finally get a new door I wouldn’t hesitate using Dorridge Doors.

Just had a double garage door fitted by Marcus at Dorridge Doors. Fantastic job, would thoroughly recommend them. From the time of order he kept me updated with progress whilst the door was manufactured to my specification, and the level of workmanship and attention to detail in fitting the door was above and beyond what I could ask for - literally perfect!! He even moved door alarm sensors for me, and spent time to clean the door once installed and silicone against the brickwork. Another great thing about them is they are able to recommend which door would work well, based on the customers budget. They are NOT pushy salesman - just genuinely there to help. If I could give a higher rating than 5 star I would. Thank you team at Dorridge.

Fantastic service. I needed a garage door repair. As soon as I called and spoke to Simon I felt confident in having him to carry out the repair as his knowledge was obvious. Not only that he was so helpful in fitting me in as soon as possible. What a tremendous guy he is, I recommend Simon to every customer he is a really good ant what does and very easy to talk to.

Our roller shutter garage door was struggling to go up. We called in a company, they started dismantling the door ready to replace the motor, but then because the wiring on the original motor was different to what they were expecting, they turned tail and departed. Contacted Simon over the weekend, on Monday afternoon Marcus came out, replaced the motor without any problem. Absolutely excellent service! Need I say who I will ask next time I need anything doing to our door?

Really pleased with my experience. Marcus was an easy person to deal with. The first meeting (survey) was straightforward and there was no pressure or upsell, he even recommended one of the cheaper options. The attention to detail on the fitting was brilliant I can’t fault the chaps and I’m really happy with the final result. There was a delay on my door which was down to factory but this was communicated and the door fitted on the agreed date. The drive and garage was left spotless after. Definitely recommend this firm.
