Mere Green Gas and Plumbing really did go that extra mile. What a great experience and good old fashioned customer service. From advice on the quotation visit to the installation. Ben and Jim are professional and friendly. Their work was very neat and tidy plus they were great people. From start to finish every step was discussed in detail so we understood. We are very pleased with the boiler and installation. Ben even came at short notice to reconnect the meter because we had it moved outside. Brilliant Service and a credit. Keep it up.

The company I work for got Ben to replace the boiler in the office. He did such a good job I asked him to change mine at home. He was very quick, efficient and very competitive on price. I've used him 3 time now and has been brilliant on every occasion.

We have used Ben for several years. He installed all of our central heating systems, after a major refurbishment of our property, in addition to carrying out routine maintenance and boiler checks for us. As well as being a thoroughly nice guy, his work is of a very high standard and he is very knowledgeable and professional in the way he has approached all of the work carried out for us over the years. We would recommend Ben because he is also very reliable. He comes on time and when he says he will come.

Ben gave me a quote for a replacement boiler. Agreed price and date for installation. Ben and Jim arrived early on date of installation. Installed boiler and took old one away. Checked all radiators working correctly. Showed me controls of new boiler. Extremely polite young men. Would not hesitate to use in the future.

Brilliant service from start to finish, from the removal of back boiler and radiators to the install of combi boiler and new radiators. All work carried out to a very high standard, very pleasant, left everywhere clean and tidy, all rubbish removed. I needed someone local to disconnect an existing built in oven & instal a new one at a competitive price. Ben was immediately helpful & although it was a small job, he was happy to assist, despite him being very busy currently. I knew from speaking to him he was honest & trustworthy. He arrived punctually & Ben & Jim(?) were amazing. They took great care in handling the new oven & were careful not to damage the kitchen floor, door etc during the job. Ben also arranged for someone to take away my old oven. They worked well as a Team & I would have no hesitation in using Mere Green Gas & Plumbing again. Ben of Mere Green Gas and Plumbing is a very experienced Gas and Plumbing engineer who takes pride in his work. He completely re-piped our downstairs copper pipework as it was previously laid in concrete and was leaking. With a new boiler also fitted the standard of workmanship was excellent and now the system is running so much more economically and can be maintained easily! I can highly recommend Ben as he is very reliable and highly qualified in the work that he does!
