I needed a last-minute end of tenancy clean and put out a request on Facebook. A few people recommended the housekeeping connect services with Sparkling Amy, and I’m so glad they did! Amy got in touch with me really quickly and was so professional from the start. She even took the time to visit the property beforehand to check it was something she could do within her schedule, especially as she was about to go on holiday herself. I really appreciated how she put me first as a customer and made it work. I was amazed at how clean the house was afterwards—I didn’t need to provide a single thing, not even a cloth! Amy brought everything herself. The laminate floors were left immaculate; she even protected them knowing they couldn’t take a full wet mop. The walls, which were dusty and covered in pet hair, were completely cleaned down. All of this was done for a very reasonable price, and with such a friendly, personal touch. As a friendly lady to another friendly lady, I felt truly looked after. I’m so grateful and will definitely be using Sparkling Amy again. Highly recommended!
