We had a complete new bathroom suite through planned installations just before Christmas and we are very pleased with the result, replacing the bath with a full length shower then fitting an ultra modern toilet and sink and finished off with a fully waterproof floor. The result was fantastic, a big thank you to Richard and Alan from planned who got the job done well and quickly.

Myself and my dad had some work done on both of our properties, both work was outstanding, I had the bathroom and kitchen done and my dad has his bathroom done. Planned Installations make the whole process super easy, they were tidy and put down carpet protection which I know sounds a small thing but it’s the finer details I think never get taken into account most of the time. They were super quick and nothing was ever an issue to sort out! I would shout it from the windows that these guys are the BEST!! Do not shop around, I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!

We have had a walk in shower fitted.. The attention to detail was first class as our bathroom was miles out of square. These people went out of their Way to make sure all the pipework was as it should be and the finish was first class Thanks to Alan and Richard for a beautiful job..

After having a kitchen installed by Planned Installations two years ago, we had Planned Installations again for the design and installation of a new bathroom and separate utility this month. Alan was fantastic with how he listened to what we wanted/needed, looked closely at the awkward dimensions we have, and designed the perfect solution to our space - including ideas/pipe moves that we hadn’t considered. Alan and Richard were onsite installing the new bathroom and utility, they communicated clearly and completed the fitting beautifully. We came across issues during the fitting from the previous house owners, but they were also rectified. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the end result and will not hesitate to use Planned Installations again for future work. Thank you!

January 2025. Planned Installations have done a wonderful job in fitting out an en-suite shower room to an en-suite bathroom. The room was stripped out before Planned Installations were involved and Alan designed a lay-out to make best use of the limited space. Judy in the showroom was equally excellent in identifying options & products for the fit-out & showed remarkable patience as I hesitated in making my final selections. Alan & Richard expertly fitted everything including lots of pipework to fix the plumbing, new flooring, plastering, wall treatments, shower & screen, bath, toilet & sink unit, towel radiator and LED spotlights, finishing it all with a fresh lick of paint to the ceiling & untiled walls. Alan & Richard showed great attention to detail & are meticulous in keeping the work environment - as well as surrounding parts of the home - as clean & tidy as is possible in a project of this nature. I am delighted with the work that Planned Installations have done for me and can wholeheartedly recommend this business without reservation.
