Prompt, polite friendly and understanding service. Excellent communication from Kain at Adey Locksmiths. Upgraded our lock after an issue jamming with the key mechanism on the old lock, gave a few options and budgets to replace and resolve the problem, which is now fixed. I would highly recommend if you ever need a locksmith.

Contacted Adey locksmiths on Friday morning for quote on changing door locks, especially making the front door more secure. They came out on Friday pm, quoted the work, ordered the parts and came and fitted them on the Monday. Great service and would recommend and definitely use again.

I can’t recommend Adey Locksmiths highly enough. We found ourselves locked out when the front door lock broke, 15 minutes after we spoke on the phone Kain was on-site and couldn’t have been more diligent or helpful. Great job done, very awkward key broken deep into the barrel of security lock on my van. Took a great deal of patience to drill it out and extract it, without ruining the barrel, made even more difficult due to the extreme cold conditions - 3 deg .Definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

Kain came to fix my door on 12.02.23. Arrived promptly, kept up great communication before the appointment and when he couldn’t find anything the matter with it, he was honest and didn’t charge me. I wouldn’t have known the difference. He also gave great advice on safety measures that I need to take. I will definitely be using him again.

Great service from Kain at Adey Locksmiths, following an attempted break in at my mum’s house. He was with us straight away and secured the house.
