"Emergency call out for a leaking shower that we couldn't fully turn off, with water coming through my kitchen ceiling.The out of hours plumber was at my house within the hour. Turned out to be a combination of two issues, a crack in the shower tray and also the control for the shower had broken. The plumber managed to cap the pipe from the shower head to stop the leak. And while we will need both a new shower and tray (they are very old) luckily we won't need a replacement kitchen ceiling as well! Thanks for the prompt response and replacement advice; much appreciated"
