James gave us good advice regarding an issue with some old ridge tiles. He was the only contractor to actually go up on the roof to carry out a full inspection ! The old tiles were replaced ( in the nick of time) with a new dry fix system and we also had some dry fix verge tiles fitted to three dormers on a loft conversion. Everything was done very efficiently, communication was excellent and we are very happy."

"James from approved roofing came to my house in Dudley on Wednesday as he said that he would They were punctual, polite, professional and the price was very reasonable. The work carried out was renewing lead flashing around the chimney and it was to a high standard like always, they done a complete roofing job plus other work for me in the past and I have been very impressed with the work carried out and I will certainly be using them again in the future and of course I will be recommending them in the future.

"The work that James and his men carried out was excellent. They installed a new roof and a new patio to our home. In addition, James fixed a long standing problem we had with our guttering. He also returned as promised to double check the work and replace turf that had been damaged during the work. James himself was very personable and easy to approach about the work he was doing. He and his men were always polite and sought to carry out the work as unobtrusively as possible. At the conclusion of the work our property was left clean and tidy.
