At Quick Find Directories we do a rigorous check on all businesses who join our directories. This means, where possible, checking customer reviews, social media, legal qualifications and more depending on the type of business. A Quick Find Approved award is given to all businesses who are added to our directories as a sign of trust and reliability.
As part of the Quick Find directories approval process we check all businesses for valid public liability insurance, business credentials, trade qualifications (where applicable), whether they have any CCJs or bankruptcy, and customer references. Checks occur when companies are added to our website by a member of the Quick Find staff.

Fantastic company. Had a new boiler quote from Greg which was the best offer by far. Very professional on the day and had the boiler installed in no time. We cannot praise this company too highly. From our first contact with Greg to signing off the installation took just a week. The gas fitters, Carl and Matt, are absolutely fantastic they worked as a team and didn't stop . They left the house clean and tidy at the end of their working day and cleaned through when the installation was finished. Carl went through the operating procedures in a clear and precise way. We have no reservation in recommending Diligent Energy Solutions Ltd.

When our old boiler finally expired I obtained a number of quotes online as well as via sales visits. Diligent impressed with their knowledgeable but non-pushy sales team both on the phone (Alex) and in person Jack had actually been an installer so instilled confidence that the recommendations were based on knowledge, not just sales patter. Installation was not straighforward but the engineers worked really hard to make sure it was all completed on time. Aftercare has also been similarly impressive. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Diligent to anyone

Diligent Energy replaced my Worcester boiler as it was failing to start up most mornings. The engineer arrived on time, was friendly and courteous. He advised what services would be affected, how long it would take and started straight away. When finished, the area was tidier than before and the boiler worked a dream. Since then I've had no problems and have been saving money on our gas bill. Greg, Carl and their team are absolute diamonds. Truly excellent service from start to finish. They've got a lifetime customer in me. Cheers!
