We had Mainstream quote to replace 4 windows which were old and misted. After accepting the quote Richard and Vicky came to survey and measure the windows. The fitters came on the agreed date and had to put in 2 lintels in the larger downstairs windows, (removing the bricks and after cutting them to size, replace, cement and grout them in before fitting the windows). The team really worked hard to get them fitted in what was one of the hottest days of the year and cleaned up everything afterwards leaving no mess. We are very happy with the new windows and can recommend them for a professional job at competitive prices.

We had 4no. Residence R9 windows installed by Mainstream. We live in an Edwardian Arts and Crafts house and were very keen to replicate the existing windows as our house is also in a conservation area. Mainstream were very approachable and their attention to the required detailing on the windows to make sure they replicated the original was spot on. We are delighted with the windows. We were impressed all the way through the process with the company, their attention to our enquiries and emails, the price of the windows, the prompt surveys, the great staff and the product itself. We contacted a number of other window companies at the outset but Mainstream were head and shoulders above the others in terms of their personal attention and prompt and competitive quoting.

Mainstream Windows recently fitted a new conservatory roof, bi folding doors and locks for us. From the visit to the showroom, through to the survey and installation the service was outstanding. Thanks Mainstream Windows. I called after the front door lock failed on us in the locked position. Richard came out the same day and managed to unlock the door, trace the problem and provide us with a temporary replacement mechanism so the door was still serviceable until he could get the parts for a full repair. Although hard to come by, he managed to find a new replacement mechanism for us and fitted it quickly. We are once again safe, secure and using our same keys without the need for replacements!
