We hadn't used No 1 PHD before, but were very pleased with the service. The phone call was answered quickly by a real operator, an appointment was made for the next day and the engineer arrived on time. The problem was analysed and repaired quickly at a reasonable price and the tap was immeditaely working .We will definitely use them again.

James had to get parts from Local Merchants and then he replaced the tap, checked it worked thorough and job done. He took the old tap and copper pipes connections for recycling.
