Melvin came to me a few weeks ago with a dripping external overflow. The way my boiler was piped meant it was impossible to replace the valve. Melvin ordered the valve and kept me updated of its arrival, he came back the morning after parts were recieved and upgraded my pipework to make it accessible and completed the repair. He also gave advice on system improvements with no pressure to get this done. I will use him with all my future boiler issues 5 star service.

It was our lucky day coming across recommendations for this company on Facebook! Our boiler had deteriorated rapidly into a dripping mess. Melvin turned up to help us exactly when promised, gave us all the options (fix or replace), sourced a new Baxi boiler and was back quickly to do a very thorough job on the installation. He even replaced the kitchen tap while he was flushing the system! Toasty warm now - thanks Melvin!
