Unlike the previous company, he took time to ensure we had a good understanding of what options we had and what exactly we were purchasing with regards to the recorders / cameras. The end result is great - not only are the cameras great quality, but it is clear that they have been fitted to a high standard. Pete from P&A Secure has on two occasions installed alarm systems and a CCTV system for us, he is extremely knowledgeable and professional, we would now never use anyone else in the future. Pete is always very approachable, we had a situation where I had a plumber that drilled through a cable for the alarm and within minutes Pete arrived to sort out the problem and restore the alarm to working order. A very important aspect of having alarms and CCTV systems installed is how to maintain these systems at all times, P&A Secure has through the years always been outstanding in this respect, 10/10 for fantastic service, friendly, efficient and very reasonable priced.
