We have a problem with Damp and a local builder recommended Pass &Co. We called the number and spoke to Bash who was in the area and was able to visit our property and provide a quote. Bash was very knowledgeable and professional, he advised us on the problem and provided a competitive quote and discussed what the company would provide. I recently used Pass & Co for some damp proofing work. When choosing a tradesman the qualities I look for are competence and trust, this company has these qualities in abundance. I personally used this company about 28 years ago, they were competent then and they were competent this time. When Bash came to do the initial survey, my first impression was that he was knowledgeable, honest, genuine and trustworthy, it’s quite apparent that Bash has instilled a good work ethic into the rest of his staff. The workers were punctual, polite, competent and were very clean and tidy. I had three quotes and Pass & Co were the most competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We are extremely pleased with the visit and information learnt. A different company previously had told us there was rising damp in the property and quoted us to have work. However Pass & Co showed us that the issue wasn't rising damp but a combination of poor ventilation and broken guttering causing water to leak into walls.
