Efficient, professional. Prompt booking for boiler service. Other outfits did not even reply to my phone call. Job was booked morning slot given. Initially felt anxious as time passing, no plumber. I contacted Rightio as a few weeks ago I’d called a plumber in to fix a broken kitchen tap and within two weeks the cupboard under my kitchen sink was flooding all the time, so I rang Rightio and they arranged for someone to come out within two hours, well the engineer was brilliant and sorted everything out, I highly recommend Rightio and the engineer who came, such excellent service, and very professional, thankyou so much Rightio.

Well deserved 5 stars! Had a leaking shower head for months and had been putting off calling a plumber thinking it was going to be a huge expensive job. Eventually called Rightio and Paul the Engineer arrived on the day and time requested. He identified the issue and replaced the shower valve within an hour. I was so impressed by the price, the courtesy call to say engineer was on his way and the professionalism of the engineer. Will definitely use again and recommend to my friends and family.

After being let down by other companies, we came across this company and gave them a try. We rang up and someone actually answered and sent an engineer out to help. After a short time Philip rang to say he was on the way and when he arrived the problem was discussed and he went straight to work. After looking at the work we had done and finding no issues with it he knew what to do and after a bit of chasing the issue got our hot water working. We couldn't ask for a better person to come. He was professional, pleasant and a really nice person. We now have hot water after a couple of weeks, it's so nice. It's a shame we can't give 6 stars.
