Excellent service from rightio , Informed us of what the problem was and showed us the parts that had caused the problem, he was very diligent regards our property and put on overshoes when coming into the area. He offered to clean up and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The office staff explained everything well and kept us up to date when Barry was due to arrive at our premises
