Called Rooflex for an emergency roofing repair after a heavy rainfall an was greeted by Charles within an hour of calling later that day received a written quote via email i accepted and the next morning they where undertaking the works, the repair was completed to a high standard and I was really impressed with the team would recommend this firm to anyone looking for any kind of roofing works based in Leicester.

I recently had my 90 year old roof replaced by Rooflex, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the final touches, John and Charles were friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. My chimney also required repointing, this was also handled quickly and efficiently and now my entire roof looks fantastic (and more importantly is now watertight again). They even helped with installing cameras on the fascia board, far too high for me to get to with just a ladder. I was kept fully informed about progress and each day the worksite was left secure, clean and tidy. I cannot recommend Rooflex enough and would not hesitate to call them if I ever need roofing work doing in the future.

John has been incredibly professional throughout. He has provided me pictures and videos of the work that needed doing before quoting for the work. He is knowledgeable about the trade and encouraged me to seek quotes from other trade people. He provided photos of the work he carried out, which is appreciated as some of the work is not visible from the ground. He was the only roofer I had attend my property who inspected inside the loft space, which revealed further issues I would not have known about otherwise. Rooflex kept me well informed throughout the process. Rooflex cleaned up after themselves leaving the property looking much better than when they started."

Give the guys at Rooflex a call regarding a leaky Chimmly had tow other quotes prior to John and Charles’s quote John was the only one who could diagnose the problem via using his drone. None of the others had this and didn’t even bother putting a ladder up as they stated that Chimmly was too high. John and Charles re-lead the back of our Chimmly, recrowned the top and replaced the underlining as well. From seeing the other quotes, competitive and well priced if I have any other problems in the future, I know who I’m calling.

We were away for several weeks during the winter and returned home to find a damp patch in one of the bedrooms. Called some roofers for advice and estimates. Dave and Charles came to check out damage and cause. Dave was the only one to crawl round my attic, find the leak and then go up his ladder outside to confirm. Due to the really bad weather we had to reschedule his visit to begin work, but once here the job was completed quickly and efficiently, no mess anywhere. Would happily recommend these two guys. And would use again if I had any future problems.
