James is brilliant. I needed to have my front door locks replaced after losing a set of keys, and he replied immediately saying he could be here the next day (a Sunday!) for a really good price. He worked quicker than a gazelle and the quality is excellent -- he even noticed that my original locks were different colours and made them both the same with no extra charge). He's the nicest guy who obviously loves his job and treats people with friendliness and respect. Recommend him 100%. Call James today; you won't find anyone better, I'm sure!
