After being let down by other companies, we came across this company and gave them a try. We rang up and someone actually answered and sent an engineer out to help. After a short time Philip rang to say he was on the way and when he arrived the problem was discussed and he went straight to work. After looking at the work we had done and finding no issues with it he knew what to do and after a bit of chasing the issue got our hot water working. We couldn't ask for a better person to come. He was professional, pleasant and a really nice person. We now have hot water after a couple of weeks, it's so nice. It's a shame we can't give 6 stars. Read Less
