I have used Mick on multiple occasions and have been very happy with the service received. Firstly, he came to our rescue when we were badly let down by British Gas Homecare - he fixed a problem with our 15 year old boiler within 24 hours of calling. More recently he fitted a new boiler for us when the old one finally gave in. Mick provided honest advice on the situation with options for repair or replacement and then fitted the new equipment within just a few days. Everything went smoothly and a fair price was charged for the work. The fitting was neat, no mess was made while completing the work and all rubbish was removed - even taking time to sweep the driveway on completion. As a registered Worcester Bosch engineer I also had the peace of mind that the work would be completed to the highest standards. Fully recommended service.
