Our mother was welcomed into St Josephs on 1/2/24 - she was very distressed - the management and staff were truly wonderful, making her welcome and reassuring her. Offering genuine and caring support to us her family at a very distressing time. What a fantastic team of carers you are. We thank you so much - we left knowing she was in excellent care - and as we left we could see she was already starting to respond positively to the kindness of the Jade wing staff.

Very short notice to take Mum to respite care. Very smooth process. All the staff made Mum very settled & welcome. She's been looked after so well - I would have no hesitation in recommending St Joseph's to anyone. Very impressed.

Having worked as a supplier of medical equipment, I was aware of the good, the bad and, the ugly that was out there when visiting Care Homes. Its always really difficult when the time comes to make the right choice for your loved ones, and when Dementia is involved its even harder. In December 2023 My mom joined the gang on Topaz wing at St Josephs Care Home in Coleshill. There were challenges at first but the staff handled them with care and compassion and you could be forgiven sometimes for thinking " was it an act or did they really care that much for their Residents?" It was no act, they really do care and the staff treated mom like she was their own Mother. I would have no hesitation in recommending St Jo's to anyone looking for a safe and compassionate environment for their loved ones.

My dad has been a resident at St Joseph's (Ruby Wing) since November 2024. From day one, the staff have gone above and beyond ensuring he receives the best possible care, even when he is unwilling to co-operate. I have witnessed first hand how caring and compassionate the staff are towards all residents in their care, nothing is too much trouble, this gives me peace of mind knowing he is so well looked after. Both management and staff are extremely friendly, approachable and will always make time for a resident or their relatives.

I have high standard of nursing care being a nurse myself. The staff at St Josephs have cared for my father since Dec 24. He would not be here if it weren't for the love, care and compassion from the whole team. The staff welcomed my father, allowed him to settle, understood his needs allowing him to feel supported. I really cannot fault the team they adjust the care for my father on a daily basis, depending on his fluctuating mood due to his condition. They keep me updated with his needs and health. My dad has been so happy with the staff I see his face light up when staff walk into his room. The care is professional, supportive compassionate and patient-centred. The staff not only look after my father they look after me when I'm upset with his change of condition. It really is like a family unit.

My mother in law had a recent stay and the service and care were faultless. Unfortunately she passed but they conducted a memorial service for people who had recently died and they planted roses in the garden for each of them. We could not ask for more.

Best care home I've been to . Lovely staff professional caring sensitive and understanding they create and warm loving atmosphere very polite and nothing is to much trouble. Very clean with lovely spacious bedrooms. Very high standard of food and service . Visited a few other care homes but St Josephs is head and shoulders above the others . Lots of services from hairdressing to podiatry and things for residents to participate in , great views of the Warwickshire countryside . Rest assured if a loved one goes to St Joe's they are in the best of care . Manager is excellent as well as every member of staff they are the best thank you for all you do.
