The Will Partners were excellent organising our wills and house trust. Paul Newman came to the house which felt more comfortable than going to an office. He explained everything to us and gave us time if we didn’t understand something. We had our wills done first with no problems . We kept in touch with Paul over a year so he could do our house trust when the money became available. No problem there either everything explained clearly. I contacted The Will Partnership regarding Power of Attorney and initially spoke with Paul Newman over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. We arranged a home visit, so he came to my mum’s house and met me there. He arrived promptly and was very friendly. While I made us a coffee, he gently assessed my mum’s capacity and again made her feel completely comfortable. The whole process was smooth and straightforward—unlike my earlier attempt to complete the Power of Attorney myself through the government website, where I found the paperwork difficult to understand. It quickly became clear that bringing in a professional was the right decision. Paul was incredibly kind and patient, explaining everything in a clear and simple way.
