My tap broke late at night and the plumber came out promptly to stop the leak. He came back the next morning and replaced the broken tap. He was friendly, professional and courteous, and the quality of his work was excellent. I will certainly be using him again for any future plumbing work I require.

Billy was very helpful when I called to explain that the pipe I had connected the washing machine waste to was leaking. He came and inspected the problem when he said he was going to and advised a solution to resolve the issue. We agreed a price which was fair and he returned a few days later at a convenient time and fixed the pipework. Billy was professional throughout and explained what he was going to do. He has done a lovely job and should we require the services of a plumber again would not hesitate to contact him. He is a really nice man with pleasant manners who did a great job at a fair price, what more can you ask !

Contacting Ideal Plumbing was hassle-free, as they were responsive via phone, text or email. Billy provided excellent service, and also gave us very good advice in times of difficult delivery. All in all, very good value for money, even though his quote seemed a bit high initially.

I originally contacted Billy for a kitchen tap replacement, however given the professionalism in which the job was carried out in, I asked Billy back for a quote for a complete bathroom refurbishment. I gave the job to Billy because of his professional approach and suggestions of what would improve the layout. The work was carried out to an extremely high standard (the man is a perfectionist). I have now used Billy several times since he fitted the bathroom and every time the standard of work is faultless. I can’t recommend Billy high enough, we all know how hard it is to get a good, reliable tradesman and Billy is both.
