We paid Impact Roofing for roofing work in May 2026 and were given a written 5-year guarantee covering materials and workmanship. A leak developed in the area of their work and was reported on 8 June 2026. We then spent over two months chasing them for remedial action. We were repeatedly promised attendance, given dates, and then left waiting. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this directly, including communication via WhatsApp, written correspondence, as well as giving a final deadline, the remedial work was not carried out under the guarantee. We ultimately had to arrange for remedial work ourselves using another contractor. We have retained the guarantee, receipt, photographs and full correspondence documenting what happened. A 5-year guarantee is worth very little if the company won’t come back when there is a problem. Avoid.
