Paul and his team were great. Paul initially came to replace some broken tiles on our new house, but discovered that the whole roof was pretty rotten and needed replacing. He let us know the pros and cons of each option, and gave a sensible quote, and once started he and his team gave us a whole new roof in 3 days. When other issues became apparent (like a holey gutter) he sorted them quickly. We're very pleased with every aspect of the job.

Paul was very prompt in responding to my call and worked in friendly, but highly professional way, explaining what needed doing to sort out the leaking roof, which had been running into the kitchen. He soon had it fixed and, although we have had rain since, not a drop on the kitchen floor. Paul was the epitome of good manners, easy to get on with and very reasonable in terms of the bill for the work. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will hopefully be using him again for some decorating work that needs doing.

Paul responded to our initial contact within an hour of making it and was around the following day to survey/quote. His honest assessment of the work required was appreciated as another roofer had suggested far more needed doing. Paul and his team worked efficiently and tidily on the day of the job (partial membrane renewal and saddle replacement). Paul also organised for his team to carry out additional work (fitting of roof tile vents) a couple of days later. All in all, very happy with with everything.
