Get into the Christmas Spirit on 15th November 2023 in Birmingham with the Christmas Lights Switch On!
We will have exciting guests on stage at the Birmingham Cathedral from 6.30pm to 8.00pm to turn the lights on. Great street acts & live music to get you into the Christmas Spirit! For info click here

Bournville Christmas Festival and the much-loved Lights Switch On is back for 2023! This FREE event will run from 1pm-6pm, with the Lights Switch On at 5pm. Visit Father Christmas’s Grotto, listen to a carol service and choir and browse craft markets and stalls to get into the Christmas spirit. The Boldmere Christmas Festival 2023 with Christmas Lights Switch on is scheduled to take place on Sunday 19th November from 1pm to 6pm with Christmas Lights Switch on at approximately 5:15pm. With entertainment on the main stage a Funfair and great Street food, it’ll leave you with that festive feeling. Christmas in Bromsgrove starts here on Friday 16th November with their fantastic Christmas Craft Market in the space outside the Slug & Lettuce. A perfect chance to buy some unique handmade gifts and local preserves. With festive entertainment from 10am until 4pm, including a magical Christmas tree and Santa! Then a day of festive fun on starts Saturday 17th November when the Craft Market continue with live music and from 3.30pm the stage lights up outside the Golden Cross in the lead up to the Big Switch On at 5.30pm. Friends of Shirley Park are hosting their annual spectacular Christmas light switch this year on December 2nd from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm. With a children’s choirs and a DJ on site playing all your Christmas favourites and getting you into the Festive Spirit! The Shirley Lions are also bringing Santa and his Sleigh so it can be serviced and MOT’d ready for December 24th..ho ho ho!

Father Christmas will be coming to Knowle on Wednesday 29th November for the hugely popular countdown for the Christmas Light Switch on, organised once again by Knowle Society. Stourbridge is set to sparkle when the town’s Christmas lights will be officially turned on. There will be live entertainment on two stages, in Crown Square and Fountain Square, and children’s rides on Market Street including the ever popular land train. Time and date to be confirmed.

Leamington Spa
Get into the Festive spirit in Royal Leamington Spa on Sunday 19th November 2023 for this years Big Lights Switch On from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Celebrate Diwali, Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s Gurpurab and start the countdown to Christmas. Come and enjoy a packed programme of entertainment for all the family with the Bumper Yuletide market, Fairground rides. Step back in time on Thursday 23rd November 2023 from 3pm for the annual Victorian Market. The main event is in the Market Square with entertainers, themed rides and fun for all the family. Don’t forget to visit St Mary’s Church for their Display of over 50 Christmas trees and a short Carol Service and the Market Hall Museum for the Craft Market, kids craft activities, outdoor café selling mince pies and mulled wine.
