Accidentally locked myself out of my new apartment, not realising I couldn't leave my spare keys in the back of an extremely thick and nearly inpenetrable steel security door. The team at Alpha Locksmiths couldn't have been more fantastic. They answered my call immediately, two seperate locksmiths arrived within 30 minutes and got the door open with no damage to the door or the very-expensive-to-replace lock. Both gentleman couldn't have been more friendly, polite and efficient in the face of my snafu. Whole process was easy. They quoted over the phone and ultimately charged me less as no new parts were required in the end. No attempt to overcharge me. Easy digital invoice made on the spot. Hopefully I won't need to, but wouldn't hesitate to use the team at Alpha again. They saved the day! Thankyou!!
