I want to thank Mike Long and his team for replacing my roof over the kitchen extension. I am very happy with his work. He explains very well what is wrong, how problems can be solved and why he suggests what he suggests. All team members were working hard, very polite and friendly. Timing was a bit of an issue, but that comes with the dependency on the weather. I found it very helpful that Mike always stayed in contact when problems arouse, he explained and reassured. That was great. And all work is done now, he has put up some photos on his site I believe. I feel I received a professional and fair and friendly service….and the roof has stood the test of time with all the rain we recently have had.
