From the very beginning, I felt Martin was very informative, honest and incredibly responsive. When we decided to proceed, every aspect of survey was done thoroughly and double checked. We were introduced to Martin Bishop and GWRI by friends who had used their services a couple of years ago, The roof to our conservatory was originally of Polycarbonate material but was changed about five years ago to Glass which reputedly would keep us Cool in Summer and Warm in Winter. What a load of Rubbish. We experienced temperatures in excess of 45 degrees but generally when it was sunny we were unable to use the conservatory, which led us to consider a tiled / insulated roof. After contacting Martin we were quickly impressed by the professionalism of the company and reaction time. Our Conservatory is now an extended area to our living accommodation and a room we can use all year round and without the fear of searing temperatures. The project was delivered on time, within budget and to an extremely high standard both internally and externally. We would have no reservation in recommending Martin and his team. Special thanks to all the trades involved especially Karl. The build process was a pleasure to experience. Many thanks GWRI wishing you every success for the future.
