I decided to use this company after reading the reviews and feedback online. I m very happy with the work carried out, the whole process was professional and very pleasant. Jamie talked through the rewire and instalation of lights and sockets etc. A few unexpected problems arose but they were overcome with solutions which were explained. The work was very neat with minimal disruption to walls etc. All the rubbish and waste was disposed and removed also the worked areas were left swept and hoovered. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to use this firm or to recommend them to family or friends. Its good to know there are trades people who are truly professional, courteous and honest. A great experience with Hampton Electrical & Security. I had a range of work undertaken; including alarm installation, outdoor lighting, multiple power socket replacements, indoor spotlights, video doorbell etc. Well considered advice given by Jamie on possible options / solutions in different scenarios & top notch trouble shooting when encountering inevitable obstacles i.e. lifting floorboards to locate hidden transformers in a 130 year old house! Outstanding in terms of quality of work carried out, value for money & customer service - easy 10/10 - highly recommend.

Absolutely blown away at the level of professionalism, honesty and attention to detail that Jamie and the lads (Jake and Niall) have shown whilst working on our home. I contacted Jamie for a quote on a full re-wire on our bungalow, who came out when he said he would and spent time walking me through the entire process and the appropriate timelines within which we could expect the job to be completed by. Jamie was extremely helpful, always providing suggestions but never pushy - and has accommodated any last minute changes I have bought to him like a true professional - and was always available for questions I had during the entire job. The team were punctual, worked quickly, safely, efficiently and tidied up after themselves daily. They provided an exceptional service, ensuring they adhered to all current regulations, at a great price with minimum fuss. From the initial inspection and meeting Jamie there was no one else who I wanted to do the job and nothing has been too much to ask for. The day of install soon came along and everything went in perfectly, upmost care was taken by all and the small touches make a big difference and the custom Hampton Electrical & Security mats placed at the entrance and exit of the premises and then around the house to keep any mess to a minimal really impressed me. Once the job was complete Jamie went through how the systems worked, talked me through everything and showed me how to use the relevant apps, he even stayed and we just had a chat. Since installation if I have had any questions or wanted anything tweaking with my systems nothing has been to much for Jamie and he has helped weeks down the line I would highly recommend Hampton Electrical & Security to everyone.

I can really recommend Hampton Electrical. Jamie and Jake are lovely guys. They worked hard and cleaned up at the end of every day. The price we paid for rewiring was a very fair price. We felt comfortable leaving them in the house on their own. The work they have done is great and we are very pleased.
