Joe came out to quote to trim and reduce height of a row of conifers, he quoted a very reasonable price, him and his team came the very next day and completed the job extremely well cleared all cuttings. We had to ask Joe to come and rescue a neighbours cat that had been stuck at the top of a tree, after the fire service failed to get it. The team was brilliant, the cat was rescued quickly and we are very grateful that they put their evening on hold to come and help straight away.

100% first class hard working and respectful team that take pride in exceeding customer expectations and delivering top quality workmanship using top quality materials. Joe quoted a price to replace our fence (6x5 foot panels) including removal of existing and replacing concrete godfathers and gravel boards. He also agreed to take overhanging trees from neighboring garden back to building line. Originally quoted as a one day job; it turned into a day and a half of very hard work for Danny & Liam with Joe chipping in on more than one occasion (don't think that was in the original quote either!). They had to dig out significant tree roots and very compacted soil in order to deliver a quality product. AND BOY WHAT A RESULT! The fence is arrow-straight and even all the way down. Joe noticed a crack in one of the gravel boards (I didn't even see it until Joe pointed it out) and a replacement gravel board was immediately delivered. They even accommodated a late change requested by our neighbor, even though it was not strictly speaking a part of the job. All for the same price! Not a penny requested up front. All rubbish removed, patio swept and left as it was found. Has made a massive positive change to our rear vista and we can't wait for the weather to improve so we can sit and admire our new fence-line! Think it is important to mention that Joe's was by no means the most expensive quote we received either.
