Sean came out after the area outside my back door flooded due a botched repair to kitchen drain by a so called builder who used toilet connections to repair it after shattering when digging up area for foundations. Call made late on Tuesday evening arrived as arranged 10 am the following day. Costs explained up front and repair performed same day cheerful efficient service will be using again

Discovered bloked toilet that had overflowed and flooded the downstairs toilet floor early on Mon morning. Called several companes who could not come out until the next day. Called 2nd City Jet Drains who said could come out that afternoon to which I agreed. Received call from Sean who said he would be with me by 10:00 AM. Was even earlier than that and used high pressure jet hose to clear problem and all sorted. Very prompt friendly service and reasonably priced. Would definately use again and recommend to anyone.
