I rang to report a broken front door lock. The phone operative was professional and friendly. I was informed of the call out charges and asked if I was happy to continue. They then said i’d be called back 10 minutes before the repair guy was due. He arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the problem very quickly and replaced the part. He then checked over all the door and even realigned the hinges before he was happy to sign off. All in all a brilliant swift professional service. Thank you.
