Chris came out to look at my Oven which was playing up, he was very patient and discused the options of either buying two parts to fix the problem or buying a new oven. As its quite an old oven and there was no guarantee that something else wouldn't go wrong I decided to buy a new one. Chris helped me choose a new one on line and ordered it for me and when it was delivered, came to install it for me. I can't thank him enough
