Solihull Blinds Ltd was established in 1972 by Noel and Carol Wood. It remains very much a family business, employing five family members together with several
members of staff. This enables us to give a unique, personal touch to our customers – which we know they enjoy, due to the amount of return customers we have!
Over 50 years later, we are on the third generation of the family. Sales Director Sebastian Wood is now in charge of ensuring that our excellent service continues. Experienced problems with bathroom blind requiring plastic clip to repair, was referred to service manager Rob who was fantastic in quickly answering my query, identifying the problem and personally visiting my home to deliver the parts, all at no cost. This is exceptional service and quite unheard of these day, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company if you should experience difficulties and are seeking advice. Seb and Co fitted blinds throughout our house as part of an extensive renovation. This includes automated electric blinds at the rear for our 10m of floor to ceiling glazing. They are a family run business and their service is excellent. They did everything from initial consultation, measurements and recommendations on types of blinds. We had a fault with one of the blinds and it was rectified without hesitation. We are delighted with our final results. They were also very reasonably priced and have extensive knowledge of the industry. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The salesman was not pushy. The fitters were pleasant and polite and tidied up afterwards. The shutters are lovely and just as described. The people I spoke with on the phone were friendly and helpful. A really good service throughout the process.
